Two trips to Blue Springs Grill in the past month. Both times the food was excellent. We recently moved from Texas..and we love good steak. First time I got the NY Strip and it was very juicy and and full of great flavor. 2nd time had rhe ribeye and it was eqally great. Prices are very reasonably for the fine quality of meat. Their house salad dressing is very tasty..wine and cheese..had it both times we visited. Peach cobbler was Spectacular..enough for two. So glad to have a great steakhouse near HSV.

Two couples went to Blue Springs for dinner on a Friday Night and i ordered a large RibEye medium

When it came out it was huge and had a great flavor

One of the best steaks I have ever had! Everyone else said their food was excellent and were very happy

We had a waitress that needed some trfsome serious training

She was popping bubble gun while taking our orders

We ordered frozen margaritas and got them on the rocks instead

She never did that order straight and then charges the couple we were with for more drinks then she served

I’m not sure she could make even a Sonic carhop

She was completely flustered

The steaks are great and we will go back for sure w d will be ready for all the confusion

If they ever get their act together it could be a legendary place to eat

Our family spent a week in Hot Springs Village and this was the best restaurant we ate at by far! The food was next-level good, portions were large, and everything from the house salads, entrees, and dessert were high quality and tasty! Ryan our server did an awesome job recommending their best dishes and provided excellent service! Chris cooks an excellent meal and I loved their approach to handling dessert as they cook it from scratch as you eat your main course! Blue Springs Grill needs to be a must visit restaurant if you are ever in the area!

Great prices! Fantastic cobbler! Will be back 10/10 NY Strip was one of the best steaks I have had in the area over the last 30 years.
